COMMUNITY IMPACT

Learn more about the impact of our amazing community partners and how they increase access to healthcare for the residents of South Snohomish County.

Mobile Medical and Dental Services

Medical Teams International

Not everyone who needs dental services is comfortable making an appointment to visit a traditional office. Mobile services allow our partner, Medical Teams International, to be flexible and take services directly to the communities where people can access services more easily.

Making Mental Health Resources More Accessible to Students

Center for Human Services

Child, adolescent and young adult mental health is one of Verdant’s key strategic priorities. Center for Human Services School-Based Mental Health program in the Edmonds School District greatly reduces barriers to mental health resources by making access to licensed therapists easy and affordable during school hours.

Meeting the needs of food insecure students at Edmonds College

Edmonds College Food Pantry

Students attending Edmonds College can come from lower income backgrounds and or have children in their care. The Edmonds College Food Pantry is a resource for food and hygiene products so students and their families can access nutritious food while balancing academic and other living expenses.
